We offer packages ranging from a base package for just the space all the way up to a full-service package complete with vendors and event coordinators. All packages include full access to the house and grounds and an on-site staff member. Whatever your vision is for your event, the staff at Riverrun can help make it happen.
HOW DO I GET STARTED? Send us a message through our Book a Tour of the Retreat at Riverrun tab and we will respond within 24 hours to schedule a phone consultation that will include the option to book a tour. Or if you’re sure the Retreat at Riverrun is the place for your event, go ahead and complete our event questionnaire which will help us put together a quote and contract for your event. Upon signing of the contract, we will collect a 50% nonrefundable deposit to hold your special date.

Our Packages

Exclusive use of The Retreat at Riverrun acreage, waterfront, dock, studio which includes the bridal suite and catering kitchen and the main floor of the Riverrun home for your wedding day. We work with you to make sure our grounds will be nothing short of breathtaking on your big day. Package includes:
Opportunity for on-site consultations with vendors (we provide you with an up to date list of preferred vendors in the area)
Four (4) hours for your wedding and reception with additional time allotted for preparation, vendor deliveries, setting up your event and clean up.
Rehearsal time of one and a half (1.5) hours subject to availability. We recommend you schedule this when booking your date.
On-site manager (this is different from a wedding planner which we can also facilitate)
Use of our Bridal Suite for the Bride and bridal party to get dressed (two options) in either the studio or the master suite on the main floor of the home.

This includes the day package plus the opportunity to utilize the Retreat at Riverrun home for one (1) night with your choice of the night before the wedding or the night of the wedding. The option for additional nights is always an option as well pending availability!
What is the difference between a venue manager and a wedding planner/coordinator?
Great question! A venue manager is on site to ensure that the bridal party and guests, vendors etc. know how and where everything is that they may need access to at the venue. They greet vendors and show them where to go, help locate needed items on property and generally keep an eye on things to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible for the VENUE. Their focus is on the venue.
A wedding planner/coordinator on the other hand is there to help the bridal party plan and implement their big day. They keep people on task, remind you of things you may forget, help you stay on your timeline and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible for YOUR wedding details on your big day. Their focus is YOU!

Whether it is a retirement party, wedding anniversary, bar/bat mitzvah, class reunion, quinceanera or some other celebration, you can plan it with us! Our same preferred vendors for our Brides are ready to make your event a huge success. Events packages can also include overnight accommodations subject to availability.

This list of our “preferred vendors” is not meant to be a mandatory or exhaustive list of who we will work with, but rather a curated list for you based on vendors that we have personal experience working with. These guys do more than just your typical wedding and special events catering. They also have an in house baker and florist so you get three vendors with one call. Their food is absolutely delicious. They respond quickly to email requests and they typically run a Sunday lunch at their storefront so make time to pop in for a great meal to try them out!

Ricky and his staff are amazing. They carry just about anything you would need for equipment rentals including, but not limited to: tables, cocktail tables, bar, chairs, aisle runners, linens, dance floor, etc. They also carry a variety of tent sizes to ensure your outdoor event doesn’t have to be sidelined by inclement weather. Finally, Ricky is a well known and beloved local DJ.
